Order Processing Time

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. Should items ordered be sold out, we will contact you with information on likely availability time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with all of your tracking details.

Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update, once it has left our warehouse. 

If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team via our "Contact Us" page so we can lodge an enquiry for you.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

Our delivery couriers do not ship to PO Boxes.
